According to the project, this amount will be received by employees of the National State Pension Fund, the National Employment Agency, the Labor Inspectorate, as well as the National Agency for Payments and Social Control. Employees of subordinate structures of these institutions are also included.

“Taking into account the unmotivated salaries, the increase in the volume of work and the performance by civil servants and contract workers within the framework of decentralized public services of institutions subordinated and subordinated to the Ministry of Labor and Social Solidarity, functions generally similar to those performed by persons with similar functions within the framework of the central public administration and, therefore, based on the need to observe the constitutional principle of equality before the law in the sense that the maximum level of the basic salary should be the same for all employees who have the same working conditions, regardless of the institution and body of state power that carries out its activities, the adoption an emergency order is mandatory,” the explanatory note says.

The budget impact in 2024 is 120.2 million lei.
