Employees of institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Labor, members of trade unions, as well as persons not connected to trade union organizations, will go on a general strike from Monday, November 27, the Federation of Trade Unions of the Ministry of Labor (FSMM) reports. .

The federation demands optimal working conditions and fair wages, arguing that it is due to the “decline in purchasing power and the impact of inflation”.

• Continued growth in pay inequality, poor working conditions and staff shortages have forced workers to take action to achieve concrete and sustainable change. The decrease in purchasing power and the impact of inflation, in turn, increased the state of dissatisfaction and imposed the need for this measure.
• The Ministry of Labor Federation of Trade Unions is a trade union organization dedicated to protecting the rights of workers in the Ministry of Labor sector and promoting fair and safe working conditions. Earlier, FSMM wrote that according to the results of the government meeting on Friday, there was no decision regarding the workers’ claims.
