
ANAF reduced the price sale of property that belonged to Paul Philip from Romania. It is about a set of assessed real estate that he wants to get at least 905,430 lei. At the second auction, the tax office reduced the amount by 25%.
It is defined as a separate unit – an apartment in Sinai (Teodora Aman St., No. 2), with an area of 303 square meters. with an area of 156 square meters.
Basement 1: 42 square meters
Basement 2: 115 square meters
First floor: 6.9 square meters
Attic: 138 square meters
According to the appraisal report, the building has brick construction, wood framing and ceramic tile cladding. Since the review was done from the outside, the finish is considered average.
The auction will take place on December 13 at 15:00 in Bucharest.

- purchase offer
- confirmation of payment of the participation fee or a guarantee of 10% of the starting price of the auction

- natural persons to present the act of commission

As a reminder, in December 2020, Paul Filip from Romania was finally sentenced to 3 years and 4 months in prison in the case of the illegal retrocession of Royal Farm from Băneasa. The Romanian authorities have been trying to bring him to the country for more than 2 years.
