UTA vs Dynamo, the match count of the 15th stage of the Romanian Championship, scheduled for Monday, November 6, at 18:00 at the Iuliu Bodola Stadium in Oradea, will be broadcast live on Digi Sport 1, Orange Sport 1 and Prima Sport 2.

UTA and Dynamo meet in a real derby of desperation, with each of the two teams trying to get out of the playoff spots in the case of the hosts or relegation in the case of the visitors.

UTA are in 13th place with 15 points and are coming off an unbeaten run of five league matches, one win and four draws, and (in the previous stage they won away at FCU 1948 Craiova, 3-2 (Oltenci also have 15 points and occupy the 12th last position that ensures survival in the Super League, but they have already played in this round).

In the middle of last week, in the last official match, UTA lost at home (in Orad, because the arena in Arad is changing the turf) with a score of 0:1 against Universitat Craiova in the 2nd stage of Group D of the Romanian Cup.

Mircea Rednik’s side have registered two wins, one draw and two defeats in their home matches this season, with Andrei Fabri as their top scorer with four goals in the Super League.

“We will play to win. This is a very important match, of course, “Dynamo” is my favorite team, but I am a coach at UTA. We take this game very seriously and we really want to win three points,” said Mircea Rednik.

“Dynamo” is in 15th place with 10 points and has not won in nine rounds, more precisely since August 19 (3:2 away from “Voluntari”); since then there have been three draws and five defeats (in the previous stage, the “red dogs” drew at home with Poly Yassami, the score 0:0).

Dinamo failed to even win the Romanian Cup, the competition they played in last week, in Group C when they drew against Ligue 3 side Bihor.

A win, a draw and four defeats is the away record for Ovidio Burke’s team this season, with Gonzalo Gregorio as their top scorer, who has three league successes (Dynamo have the weakest attack in the Super League, with just eight goals scored).

“We wanted to field two teams in these two competitions, we gave a chance to some players who played less and preferred to rotate. I don’t want to talk about transfers, the first part of the championship is not over yet, and that would be wrong,” said Ovidiu Burke.

The two teams last met each other in the 2021-2022 championship, when they drew three times, twice in the regular season, 2-2 in the tour at home to Dynamo and 0-0 in the second leg at the UTA field, and once in the playoffs – off to score 1-1 in the capital.
