A toxicology report carried out at the INML confirmed the presence of cannabis in the body of Dorian Popa, the Europol Union announced. “The toxicological report by the National Institute of Forensic Medicine was completed today, and the result does not appear to have been affected by the exchange rate of the euro. The presence of cannabis in the body has been confirmed, and no… it is not from involuntary inhalation from other smokers,” said a post on the Europol Facebook page.

Singer and influencer Dorian Popa was stopped in a traffic jam a week ago in the town of Domnesty in Ilfow county. He tested positive for banned substances and took biological samples.

“On October 27, at 9:15 p.m., police officers of the Ilfiv District Police Inspectorate – Road Service, while on duty, stopped a vehicle in the city of Domneshti, which was driven by a man, and as a result of testing with the help of the provided device, signs of the possible presence of psychoactive substances were detected.” – reported IPJ Ilfov.

According to the quoted source, since the test is not evidence in a criminal case, the driver was taken to a medical facility in Bucharest for biological samples to be taken to accurately determine the use of banned substances.

“In the case, the driver’s license was revoked and he was deprived of the right to drive in accordance with the Law. Employees of the Ilfov road service have opened criminal proceedings on the fact of committing the crime of driving a vehicle while intoxicated,” the source said.
