This payment is part of the EU program of financial assistance to Kyiv for 18 billion euros in 2023.

Ursula von der Leyen sharply condemned Russia’s attacks on Ukrainian grain stores and infrastructure.

“While Russia continues its brutal war, we continue to support Ukraine,” she also wrote, adding that “there will be more,” citing DPA and Agerpres.
