(4) from the annex to HG 117/2010, in the sense that it does not approve the occurrence of this railway incident. For non-compliance with these provisions, he was fined 15,000 lei in accordance with the provisions of Art. 92, par. (1) Addendum to GD 117/2010 regarding the approval of the Regulation on the investigation of accidents and incidents, the development and improvement of railway safety on the railways of the metro network in Romania,” the Office notes.
