Usually, the Ukrainian military blocks traffic before using the HIMARS system to engage an enemy target, but this time they apparently did not pay attention to the shoulder that led to the road where the equipment is located.

Biker appeared suddenly and seemed oblivious to the huge system he drove past just as he launched the missiles.
