Two juveniles were arrested for 30 days for rape and child pornography, after one of them allegedly sexually assaulted a girl, while the other allegedly encouraged him and filmed the moment.
According to a statement sent to DIICOT on Saturday, the prosecutors of the territorial administration of Covasna ordered the detention of two minors for the crimes of rape and child pornography, and today the court of Covasna issued preventive arrest warrants on their behalf.
The prosecutor’s office notes that during the month, while in a state of alcohol intoxication, one of the minors, “taking advantage of the helpless state and self-defense” of the girl, committed sexual violence against her. The second cheered him on, recorded the moment of aggression, and then shared the videos through a messaging service.
According to the results of the forensic medical and psychiatric examination, it was established that both minors acted prudently, reports DIICOT.
