
Next Thursday, May 18, 2023, the online platform opens (https://exoikonomoneon.gov.gr) programs “Save – Renovate for Youth” to subsidize the repair and energy modernization of houses owned by young people aged 18 to 39 and will be open until Friday, September 15, 2023.
The goal of the program is to save primary energy by at least 30% and increase the energy consumption category based on the Energy Efficiency Certificate by at least three energy consumption classes compared to the existing classification.
Beneficiaries
All young people born between 01/01/1984 and 12/31/2005 with a family income of up to 50,000 euros for membership in “Exkoyonamo” and up to 20,000 euros for membership in “Renovate”.
The beneficiaries must be the owner of the property with any right in rem and occupy it, or be the full owner, or use it and rent it out to join Escogano. They must also have a real full ownership / usufruct of at least 50% in order to join the “Renovation” (excludes small ownership).
They are not eligible to apply at Save – Renew for Youth residences with an active application in one of the Energy Modernization Programs: EcoEconomy Cat Oikon II, Ecoconomi – Autonomou, and Ecoconomi 2021.
Housing, to be considered acceptable, must be a separate house or apartment and must:
