Dragos Petraru announced that he is withdrawing his “State of the Nation” from Prima TV, saying that this time there is no reason for a scandal, only that he has not been properly paid by the channel that has been hosting his show since August 2018.

In a video message published on his YouTube channel, Petraru explains the reasons for this decision, saying that, apart from “inherent disputes”, there is no reason for a scandal this time. He says he terminated the contract with the television company due to non-payment.

• “The commercial relationship between the two companies became toxic in the sense that we delivered the goods on time without any delays and our customer did not pay for the delivered goods on time, accumulating delays that we could not accept.
• So, between continuing to host a TV show and my self-esteem, which I almost lost, I decided to keep my self-esteem,” Dragos Petraru says.

He also says that he made this decision a long time ago and tried to come to an agreement until the end, but “couldn’t.”
