Marea Neagră Tourism, Hotels, Restaurants is selling the Venus tourist complex in Efori Nord for 4 million euros, according to a report published on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) and cited by Agerpres.

“Regarding the application of AGOA Decisions No. 8 and no. 9 dated 29.11.2022 and AGOA Decision No. 2/13/03/2023 The Board of Directors of THR Marea Neagră SA informs the shareholders about the sale of the Venus tourist complex in the Eforie Nord resort, at a price of 4 million euros,” the document states.

THR Marea Neagră is a company in the tourism industry in Romania. THR Marea Neagră is a joint-stock company that emerged from the merger and acquisition by Eforie SA of four major tourism companies on the Romanian coast: Carmen Silva SA, Mioriţa Estival SA, Venus SA and Saturn SA.

With 5,400 places to stay, THR Black Sea can be classified as the largest commercial travel company in Southeast Europe, according to a presentation on the company’s website.
