Petrolul Ploiesti got their first win after a four-match losing streak, 1-0 away to FC Argesh in the 30th round of the Super League.

After the resignation of coaches Marius Kreitoru and Constantin Schumacher, FC Argesh seems to be immune to the shock caused by the squad.

The only goal of the game was scored by Giku Grozav in the 40th minute, with a free kick after a pass from Irobiso.

With Daniel Radu as interim manager, the Argesians will start the play-offs from the penultimate position of the rankings, the direct relegation spot, with 14 points after half and rounding.

Petrolul Ploiești rises to the 8th place in the ranking and will enter the play-out with 18 points.
