Today, Wednesday, March 8, 2023, the Public Employment Service (DYPA) will pay a lump sum payment of 300 euros to 8,122 non-subsidized long-term unemployed people who have drawn up a digital individual action plan.
In total, the allowance has been paid to 55,634 beneficiaries so far.
Payments appear on recipients’ accounts within 1-2 business days after they are paid.
As stated in the relevant announcement, the “bonus” was established by the law “Jobs Again” (No. 4921/2022) with the aim of activating the long-term unemployed by creating an updated Individual Digital Action Plan, on the basis of which they can be directed in actions to develop their ability to employment and job search.
As a reminder, the beneficiaries of the new benefit are the long-term unemployed who:
- completed uninterrupted registered unemployment for more than five years, and then drew up a digital individual action plan and
- have an income of up to 16,000 euros for singles, 24,000 euros for married people plus 3,000 euros per child, or 27,000 euros for single parent families plus 3,000 euros per child.
The procedure for payment of benefits is as follows:
- Potential beneficiaries enter the platform with TaxisNet codes at the online address: https://www.gov.gr/ipiresies/ergasia-kai-asphalise/anergia/ephapax-khrematike-parokhe-gia-anergous.
- They register or update their bank account details (IBAN) for benefits, as well as their marital status.
- DYPA verifies compliance ex officio (period of unemployment and digital individual action plan) as well as through cross-checking with data from the competent authorities (AADE and HDIKA).
- The payment is made automatically to the recipients’ accounts.
It is indicated that only those who have been long-term unemployed for more than five years and draw up a Digital Individual Action Plan can enter the platform and register IVAN.
Those unemployed who have already developed an Individual Action Plan should convert it to a Digital Individual Action Plan. In particular, they enter the DYPA e-services (e-services) with TaxisNet codes and confirm or update the details of the individual action plan so that it becomes a digital individual action plan.
Those unemployed who have not yet completed an Individualized Action Plan should make an appointment with an employment counselor at the Employment Assistance Center (KPA2) in their area, either via videoconference (MyDYPAlive) or in person.
To make an appointment via videoconference, the unemployed will have to visit this email address.
To make an appointment for a lifetime appointment, an unemployed person must either send an email to KRA2 or call the single call center 1555 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
To find the KPA2 they belong to based on your location as well as the corresponding email address, interested parties can visit this email addressand for more information visit his email address. DOUBLE.
