The UK is the second largest donor with commitments of $5.1 billion.
With additional pledges of nearly 37 billion euros, in December the Americans allocated just over 73.1 billion euros to support Ukraine. For EU institutions and member states, the comparative figure is 54.9 billion euros (data up to January 15). pic.twitter.com/koyoTu1aFS
