It is expected to be signed before the end of the year. PPP, worth 462 million euros, for the new Thessaloniki ring road (Flyover), a project to be implemented by the joint venture Mytilinaios-Avax. A public project for the extension of L. Cumi in the amount of 350 million euros, transferred to the joint venture Aktor – TERNA – Intrakat, is also being prepared for signature.

Another PPP project under negotiation is the Kalamata-Methoni Road Axis, which is being temporarily contractord by the Aktor-Intrakat joint venture. The contract for the €310 million project, which has been announced since 2019, is expected to be signed during the first quarter of 2023. In the same period, the signing of a concession agreement for Egnatia Road in the amount of 1.5 billion euros is expected. this will be carried out according to the scheme GEK TERNA – EGIS (75% -25%). By the end of the year, the signing of the Bralos-Amphissa road axis project worth 285 million euros is expected, Avax will be the contractor.

The construction groups backlog is expected to widen further in the coming months as the flood of large projects is expected to continue with new tenders totaling €1.4 billion for both public and private projects. For example, by the end of the year or at the latest at the beginning of 2023, the following major tenders will be announced in Elliniko, totaling 700 million euros. This is a project for the construction of the Vouliagmeni Mall shopping center with an area of ​​85,500 sq.m. and a budget of 350 million euros, the Marina Galleria shopping center in Agios Kosmas (19,000 sq.m.) with a budget of 130 million euros, as well as a project for the construction of a mixed-use office-residential and hotel tower, in the amount of 200 million euros. The two commercials are Lamda Development’s own investment, while the tower is 70% Brook Lane Capital and 30% Lamda.

At the same time, an auction is expected in the coming months for a new extension of the 2nd metro line to Ilion. This is a €350 million project that will add three more stations in Antoupoli: in Palatiani, Ilion and Agios Nikolaos. Another important project concerns the extension of the suburban railway to Western Attica, in particular to Elefsina, Aspropyrgos and Megara, with a total of seven new stations. The budget for this project is estimated at 130 million euros. A number of water supply and irrigation projects are also expected, such as the Bramiano dam in Lassithi (70 million euros), the Tsiknia dam in Lesbos (107 million euros) and water supply projects in Preveza, Arta and Lefkada worth 130 euros. million
