The Hellenic Diaspora Cancer Society (ELODI) is organizing the “3rd Diaspora Cancer Conference” titled “Burning Down the Bunker: A Vision of Defeating Cancer”, which will be held from September 30 to October 2, 2022 at the EverEden Hotel in Anavyssos.
The conference is aimed at direct communication and interaction of fellow doctors whose main scientific subject is oncology, either at the level of clinical oncology or at the level of basic and translational cancer research. The goal is to create an innovative network that will lead to closer contacts and cooperation between the scientific community in Greece and abroad.
The conference is a hybrid (physical presence and online participation) and will be streamed simultaneously via a live streaming platform. Online participation as well as online monitoring of the conference is free.
The strength of the diaspora is in the knowledge of Greece and its entire historical path. The Diaspora is another Greece that nourishes and feeds the Metropolis. We believe that on a scientific level, this is a dynamic relationship for the education, research and treatment of cancer patients.
