
Dominik Kotarski trained on an individual program today PAOK. The 22-year-old goalkeeper left on a stretcher in the match against Lamia on the fourth game day, having received a blow to the head.
Kotarski rested for two days and is now going to return. Giannis Michaelides trained alone.
PAOK has taken notice of the game against OFI in Crete and is working to fully prepare for the match and score three points.
Thursday’s training (15.09) began with a warm-up and rondo. This was followed by fitness exercises with a change of direction, and the rest of the program was devoted to football.
Initially, the players were divided into defenders and attackers and worked separately with coaches, and in the last part a two-legged game was played with specific tactical instructions. Dominik Kotarski went through an individualized reintegration program, while Giannis Michaelides worked alone on the field and in the gym.
On Friday (16.09) PAOK will train at 10:00 in Nea Mesimvria.
