According to APE-MPE, ENFIA’s income tax and levies create the conditions for creating additional fiscal space, through which new measures to support households and businesses can be financed. From the updated data of the Ministry of Finance, it can be seen that taxpayers are in a hurry to pay off the tax inspectorate.

At the same time, the image is especially good when paying off reimbursable advances. In particular, more than 250 million euros have already been returned towards the repayment of “returnable advances”, while more than 203,000 freelancers and entrepreneurs have paid the refundable amount at a lump sum with a 15% discount.

The “high speeds” recorded in transactions with “plastic money” also bring additional income to the state treasury, and income from tourists is also very high so far.

Especially:

  • With regard to income tax, approximately 50% of the tax assessed so far has been paid by debtors. Of the €2.258 billion confirmed since the liquidation of individuals’ tax returns, taxpayers have paid €1.046 billion. At the same time, with regard to legal entities, out of the 2.1 billion that were accrued as income tax, 450 million euros have already been paid.
  • Of the 2.269 billion euros confirmed this year, ENFIA has already paid 1.2 billion euros. That is, more than half of the property tax was collected, in fact, after the payment of the first three installments.
  • For “repayable advances” after the payment of the first installment or lump-sum payment of the debt until July 29, 203,235 TINs were made in full to receive a 15% discount. From them:
    • Paid out 156,000 TIN in the amount of up to 500 euros.
    • 52,000 TIN are paid amounts from 500-1000 euros.
    • 8 TIN paid amounts from 200,000-300,000 euros

Entry in electronic payments

Finally, it is assumed that electronic transactions will break a new record this year, exceeding 60 billion euros, from 53 billion euros at the end of 2021 and 44 billion euros in 2019. In June alone, these transactions grew by 36%, and their value in the first six months already exceeds 30 billion euros.

According to the ministry, operations with “plastic money” will stabilize around 30-40%. In January they were 17.6%, in February – 30%, in March – 39%, in April – 32% and in May – 36.5%. Additional income to the state treasury.
