
Foreign Minister Luminica Odobescu told News.ro on Monday that allies are aware of the geostrategic role of the Black Sea, which is further emphasized in the current general context of Russian aggression in Ukraine. “I had a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, an extremely consistent and constructive discussion. Of course, we discussed the war of aggression waged by Russia in Ukraine, the security situation on the borders of Romania and in the Black Sea region. I expressed my concern about the continuous deterioration of the climate of security and stability in the region,” Luminica Odobescu told News.ro on Monday after a meeting with the NATO Secretary General.
