As “Ukrainian Pravda” reports, the letter was also sent to the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmigal and the Office of the President of Ukraine.

The document presents the necessary reforms in order of priority: 0-3 months, 3-6 months, one year and 18 months.

The reforms are focused on the functioning of the Supervisory Boards of state-owned enterprises, anti-corruption bodies (SAP, NABU, NAZK, etc.), the Higher Council of Magistracy and the judicial system as a whole.

Reforms in the work of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and all law enforcement agencies are also among the priorities for the year.

The Donor Coordination Platform was launched in January 2023 to support the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine.

The first meeting of the Coordination Platform of Donors was held in video conference mode. The event was attended by high-ranking officials from Ukraine, the EU, the G7 countries and financial institutions such as the European Investment Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the IMF and the World Bank.
