On the night from Wednesday to Thursday, Moscow again attacked the Ukrainian port on the Danube. The attack was recorded by several Romanians from Izmail itself.

The video published on social networks shows how Ukrainian air defense forces are trying to resist Russian drones launched to destroy port infrastructure in the Izmail district of the Odesa region.

Russian drones struck port infrastructure, a grain silo and administrative buildings in the Izmail district of Odesa region of Ukraine, Governor Oleg Kiper said on Thursday, Reuters reports.

According to him, as a result of the attack, one person was injured, the fourth in the district in the last five days. Izmail is a Ukrainian port on the Danube River.

“Ready! The drone is coming! Be careful!”, – a man can be heard in the background, when Ukrainian air defense took aim at the kamikaze drone.

A witness says an unmanned aerial vehicle crashed into a silo.

– It rattles.

“Also in the harbor he gives it to them.”

– Straight to the silo!

As the attack intensifies, the men urge each other to back off, saying they’ve sensed the whiff of anti-aircraft defenses. “It was a big blow,” the man is heard saying at the end of the video.

The Ukrainian military said it shot down 25 of the 33 drones launched by Russia. Most of them targeted the Odesa region, but some also targeted northern Sumy, Reuters noted.
