The leader of the Belarusian Democratic Forces, Svetlana Tikhanovskaya, called the chaos that is happening in Russia in connection with the military rebellion of the Wagner PMC and its founder Yevgeny Prigozhin, which is turning into a civil war. “How this situation will affect Belarus depends only on you and me. The main task of all Belarusians now is to maintain security and sovereignty in Belarus, to save our country from what Russia has become,” said Svyatlana Tikhanovskaya. “We invite representatives of democratic structures to participate. We are conducting consultations with the Kalinouski Regiment and Belarusian volunteers. We are monitoring the situation. We will seek international support for our actions.”
