In police departments Moscow against the background of statements by the owner of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin announced plan “Fortress”reports the Telegram channel “VChK-OGPU”. Astra Telegram channel sources they say Moscow security forces are also “unofficially” on high alert. According to the channel, the leadership instructed the officers to “keep in touch with everyone, not leave anywhere.”
Similar situation – in Rostov-on-Donwhere the headquarters of the Russian army is located. The plan “Fortress” was announced in several police departments of the Rostov region, writes the Telegram Baza channel. “Employees have been alerted. Whether the alarm is a training and what are its causes are being investigated,” reads the post.
Rostov edition 161.ru confirms this information: “There is an alert order for all personnel from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the National Guard and the reinforcement of border posts with the LPR and the DPR.
The “Fortaleza” plan implies an emergency meeting of personnel and the control of important objects of law enforcement agencies. It also provides readiness to repel an external attack.
According to the publication “Vot Tak”which refers to two interlocutors among the military, in Rostov-on-Don, after Prigozhin’s statements, they began to arm recruits.
