The sudden opening of the door caused breathing problems for some passengerswho were taken to the hospital after landing, Asiana Airlines said, adding that there were no serious injuries or significant damage.

South Korean news agency Yonhap reported that nine people were hospitalized.

“The passenger was taken to the police station to explain the reasons why he opened the door,” the same source added.

In the video broadcast by Yonhap, the wind is seen blowing from the open door, and inside the cabin, the wind blows the fabric from the headrests of the seats and the hair of the passengers, with some passengers screaming.

In another video posted to social media, high winds can be seen shaking passengers seated in a row of emergency exit seats next to an open door.

Two of them, strapped into their seat belts, wince at the blowing wind, cling to the armrests of their seats and try to swerve to the opposite side.
