The material damage is estimated at five billion euros, but this amount is likely to increase.

Most of the city of Cesena, for example, tomorrow, I hope, will be cleared of dirt, ”said the governor of the Emilia-Romagna region, Stefano Bonacini, of the radio network Rtl 102.5.
