
Former employee sues former mayor NY and Donald Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani for sexual harassment and violence.
According to the lawsuit, Mr. Giuliani made inappropriate comments and forced sexual acts on Noelle Dunphy throughout the time she worked for him, from January 2019 to January 2021.
The lawsuit, filed in New York, does not allege rape but describes one night Giuliani forced her to perform oral sex on him in his Upper East Side apartment in Manhattan.
Plaintiff claims to have kept audio documents this proves that her former boss harassed her and is seeking $10 million in back wages and damages.
According to her, Giuliani abused alcohol and Viagra.
She also complains that he asked her to perform oral sex on him “while he was on the phone, on speakerphone, with friends and high-profile clients, including President Trump.”
Giuliani “often demanded that Dunphy work nude, in a bikini or American flag shorts he bought for her.”
