Young woman was hit by a bullet on the head in the southern United States, playing hide-and-seek with her friends when her shot by a man who “saw shadows” in his gardenThis was reported by the local police.

The events unfolded Sunday in Starks, a Louisiana city near the Texas border, the sheriff’s office said in a statement Tuesday.

The police found one 14-year-old girl “with a bullet wound on the back of the head.” She was taken to the hospital, where her condition is not life-threatening.

According to police, the children played “hide and seek in the grounds and hid in the adjacent garden.”

David Doyle, 58, told officers that he “saw shadows near my house” and went to fetch a gun.

He then “came back and saw people running away from his property. At that moment, he started shooting at them and, without realizing it, hit the girl, ”the sheriff’s office explained.

Doyle was also taken into custody against him. several accusations have been madeincluding armed assault.

The scene is a cul-de-sac with three houses: Doyle’s house, the girl’s family’s house, and the girl’s relative’s house.

This incident is part of a series of similar incidents that have taken place in the US in recent weeks.

In April, a 20-year-old woman was shot and killed in upstate New York when she accidentally drove into the parking lot of her home.

There are more guns in the US than people. Firearms are responsible for more than 130 deaths a day, more than half of which are suicides.
