The number of air raid sirens has skyrocketed in recent days, and the Ukrainian capital has issued six such warnings of Russian attacks in the past three days.
“Army of Drones”
Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov said that 10,000 drone operators have already been trained under the government’s Army of Drones program in the country.
They are taught by 20 specialized schools throughout the country.
The Drone Army program concerns the production and use of unmanned aerial vehicles. It is funded by donations from citizens around the world who have raised $325 million.
According to experts, in the conditions of modern warfare, training in the handling of unmanned reconnaissance aircraft is extremely valuable.
