
The façade of the Louis Vuitton Foundation and the famous Place Vendôme in Paris were covered in paint this morning, environmental groups Extinction Rebellion and Dernière rénovation, which claimed responsibility for the two separate actions, said.
In a video posted to Twitter by journalist Clement Lano, a group of activists can be seen throwing orange and pink paint over the now-closed establishment.
The rally was held around 9:30 am (local time) by “about thirty” activists and lasted “about ten minutes,” a spokesman for the organization told AFP.
