OUR Richard Sharp resigned as chairman BBC after months of negative publicity and dozens of publications criticizing him.
Sharpe has come under fire for allegedly failing to disclose the role he played in helping the then prime minister when applying for the BBC chairmanship, the Guardian reports. Boris Johnson to make a favorable settlement of a loan of approximately £800,000.
Sharp also faced criticism for settling a dispute with Gary Lineker, who was banned from the BBC when he criticized government ministers on immigration.
