The EU High Representative called the operation to evacuate European citizens from Sudan “difficult”, but at the same time “successful” Joseph Borel arrived some time ago at the Foreign Affairs Council in Luxembourg. According to Mr. Borrell, more than 1,000 civilians were evacuated from the area.
