Russian President Vladimir Putin held a working meeting in Moscow today with Chinese Defense Minister Li Sanfu, Russian news agency TASS reported, citing Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
Beijing has been announcing Li’s visit since last week, saying he was to meet with defense ministry officials, but without mentioning Putin.
Peskov told TASS that the details of this meeting would be announced later.
Recall that last month Chinese President Xi Jinping met with Putin in Moscow.
