His comment was rejected by Moscow, where Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters: “The Black Sea will never become a NATO sea.”
“This is a sea shared by many countries, it should be a sea of cooperation, interaction and security for all coastal states. And this security is indivisible,” the Russian representative added.
