EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell will visit China next week, following up on visits by senior European officials to Beijing.
Borrell will visit China from April 13 to 15, EU foreign policy chief Peter Stano said today.
French President Emmanuel Macron and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen are in China these days, urging Beijing to influence Russia to end the war in Ukraine.
Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez also visited Beijing last week.
