Tomorrow, Tuesday, the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, will meet with the Prime Minister of Spain, Pedro Sanchez, who will pay a working visit to Cyprus.
The Prime Minister of Spain will arrive in Cyprus early tomorrow morning, where he will then meet with the President of the Republic of Cyprus at the Presidential Palace.
Their meeting will be followed by a working lunch, during which issues related to the European agenda, in connection with Spain’s assumption of the Presidency of the Council of the EU on July 1, 2023.
During the talks, Mr Christodoulidis will inform the Spanish Prime Minister of his proposal for a more active involvement of the EU in the Cyprus issue with a view to resuming negotiations.
