“We have received the biggest mandate,” he said in an address to his supporters, adding that he would negotiate the formation of a coalition government.
Prime Minister Sanna Marin of the Social Democrats admitted her party’s defeat. “I am very grateful to the people who voted massively for the Social Democrats,” she said to her opponents on the set of the Yle channel.
