A New York City grand jury investigating former President Donald Trump’s role in buying a porn star’s “silence” won’t meet until after Easter on April 9, according to a law enforcement source.

The Commission was presented with evidence from the Manhattan District Attorney’s office about possible wrongdoing, which in connection with the $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels ahead of the 2016 presidential election. The money was given in exchange for a guarantee that Daniels would not speak publicly about his affair with Trump a decade earlier. Trump, who denies having an affair with a porn star, could become the first former US president to face criminal charges.

The source, who asked not to be named, said that it is not yet clear when exactly after the holiday the commission will hear new evidence. The Manhattan District Attorney’s office is yet to comment.

The Jury Committee usually meets every Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and its meetings are confidential.

Last week, Trump falsely claimed he was about to be arrested and attacked U.S. Attorney Alvin Bragg, warning that he would face “death and destruction” if prosecuted.
