President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi in his new speech on Friday said that Ukraine will not forgive all the dead and wounded and that all “Russian terrorists” will be defeated.

“I want to recognize all our fighters who attack the occupier in response to terror, who determine the enemy’s positions from which he attacks our cities. Each destroyed position of terrorists is a saved life of our people. Thank you to the personnel of the Armed Forces, intelligence and SBU – everyone who is involved in this task… The right answer with fire to those who are the source of terror. Shelling like today’s Kostyantynivka, like many other of our cities… The enemy must know: Ukraine will not forgive the crimes against our people, these deaths and all the injuries. All Russian terrorists will be defeated,” Volodymyr Zelenskyi said in his evening address on Friday, News.ro reports.

He clarified that he discussed with the World Bank delegation the programs of support for Ukraine and recovery.

“Today I met with the delegation of the World Bank. We do not spend a single day on international contacts, we work at all levels. Current and other promising programs of support for Ukraine were discussed. Of course, we focused on reconstruction – everything that needs to be done in many Ukrainian cities and villages that suffered from the terrorist attacks of the occupiers. Residential buildings, social infrastructure, the economic basis of life – all this must be rebuilt. And I thank the partners for understanding that synchronization and coordination of efforts is extremely important,” Zelenskyi said.
