The video published on social networks shows how Ukrainian troops shot down a group of Russian soldiers from a drone while they were preparing for a boat ride.

The video shows Russian soldiers looking relaxed as they bring the boat to shore and then prepare to launch it, but Ukrainian operators hit them with a drone grenade as they prepared.

The footage then shows Ukrainian artillery moving into action to “finish” the mission, as well as other drone-launched grenades in the same area by Kyiv forces operators on the left bank of the Dnipro River in Kherson Oblast, controlled by Russian forces.

The new footage once again proves that Ukrainian drones can operate unimpeded in certain territories occupied by the Moscow military, although in theory the Russian armed forces have at their disposal several types of air defense systems that can easily disable them.

Another video released this week by the Ukrainian military also captured an artillery strike on Kherson’s left bank, also coordinated from a drone.

We are talking about an attack on the roadblock at the entrance to the city of Oleshki, where earlier in March Ukrainian forces announced the destruction of the Russian observation post and command center in Oleshki.

A separate video released by Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense in late January shows elite forces of Kyiv’s military intelligence crossing the Dnipro River at night and destroying several Russian positions in the Kherson region before retreating – an operation worthy of militants.

Ukrainian security forces claimed at the time that this night raid was actually a reconnaissance of Russian positions in Novaya Kakhovka, a city in the Kherson region that had been occupied by invasion forces since February last year, in the first days of the war unleashed by Vladimir Putin.

Russian troops retreated to the left bank of the Dnieper, leaving the capital of the Kherson region, in November last year.
