
The bodies of five family members were found in a burned-out house in western switzerlandthe police announced today who suspects that about father shot his wife and three daughters before he killed himself.
“After two days of intensive investigations, the scenario of a family drama is the most likely, according to the prosecutor in charge of the criminal investigation and investigators,” Bo Canton Police said in a statement.

The house, located in Yverdon-les-Bains, a city on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel in the canton of Beau, was rocked by a powerful explosion early Thursday morning and then burned down.
Under the rubble, the bodies of family members who lived there were found: a 45-year-old father, a 40-year-old mother and their three daughters, 5, 9 and 13 years old.
Each of the victims had bullet wounds.

“A handgun was found near the father, who may have been responsible for four other murders before committing suicide,” police said, who have so far ruled out “the involvement of a third party.”
The cause of the fire has not yet been officially established, but the police are talking about “the presence of a large amount of gasoline in various rooms of the house.”
