Even if the Oscar nominees don’t win a gold statuette on this big night, they can still walk away with $126,000 worth of prizes.
Big presents have been announced for this year’s Oscars, and, again, they are quite original.
Japanese milk bread, a three-day stay for eight people on a volcanic Italian island, and even liposuction are just some of the gifts that will be given to celebrities.
The “Gift Pack” is sent out by Distinctive Assets to Oscar-nominated actors and directors. Other gifts include a piece of land in Australia (size and location unknown), a three-day stay in rural Ottawa, organic dates, silk pillowcases, and a hair transplant from a Florida doctor.
Another gift is a facelift by the famous surgeon Dr. Konstantin Vasyukevich.
Menu
Meanwhile, an evening menu has also been unveiled, curated by British chef Elliot Grover. The menu will start with a “horn” with fish and potatoes. It will be followed by a small chicken pie, and there will be little things for dessert.
The Oscars menu for the last ten years has also included vegetarian options.
