“And when they are held accountable, justice will prevail,” Zelenskiy said in a video message last night.

Zelensky stressed “the responsibility of Russia and its leadership – personal responsibility – for aggression and terror against our country and our people.”

Ukraine has been trying for months to set up an international tribunal to hold Moscow’s leaders accountable for war crimes. The Lvov meeting was attended by high-ranking representatives from Europe and the United States.

“We are collecting the maximum support of the court in the case of Russian aggression against Ukraine,” Zelensky said.
