Putin: West wants to destroy Russia

Recall yesterday on Sunday, Putin said that Russia has no choice but to take into account the nuclear potential of NATO, as the Alliance seeks the defeat of Russia, reports TASS.

“In the current conditions, when all the prominent NATO countries have declared that their main goal is to inflict a strategic defeat on us, so that, as they say, our people suffer, how can we ignore their nuclear potential in these conditions,” Putin said. TV Russia 1reports TASS.

The West, Putin said, wants to destroy Russia.

“They have one goal: to destroy the former Soviet Union and its main part, the Russian Federation,” Putin said, TASS reports.

Putin has accused NATO of participating in the conflict in Ukraine by supplying arms to the Kyiv forces.

“They are sending weapons worth tens of billions of dollars to Ukraine. This is really participation,” Putin said. “This means that they are participating, albeit indirectly, in the crimes of the Kyiv regime.”
