OUR Poland delivered the first Polish Leopard tanks to UkraineThis was announced today at a meeting of the National Security Council by Defense Minister Marius Blashak.
“The Prime Minister was unable to come, he is in Kiev to pick up the Leopard tanks, which are the first batch delivered to Ukraine,” said Polish President Andrzej Duda during an opening speech at a meeting in Warsaw.
Earlier, the Polish news agency PAP reported that Poland had delivered the first German-made Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine.
“Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki will announce today in Kyiv that Poland has already delivered the first Leopard tanks to Ukraine,” the official Polish news agency said, citing government sources.
