The West should provide more military aid to Ukraine and speed up its delivery, EU foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said today.
“We need to do much more and much faster. There is still a lot to be done. We must increase and accelerate our military support,” Borrell said in his speech at the Munich Security Conference.
Borel, who took the podium after Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kalas, also noted that he supported Estonia’s proposal for EU member states to purchase ammunition for Ukraine.
“I fully agree with the proposal of the Prime Minister of Estonia, we are working on it, and it will work,” said the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
