According to the information, rescuers arrived at the scene, as voices were heard from under the rubble. In particular, 25 rescuers from the 1st and 2nd EMAK, a dog, 5 medical and paramedical employees of EKAV, and among others, a rescue team from Brazil and two from Turkey are working on the part of the Greek mission. The missions reportedly made vertical penetrations at two different locations using geophones and rescue dogs.

There is optimism that there may be survivors, as geophones have picked up voices and dogs have smelled signs of life, fire department APE-MPE has learned.
