
He was found dead by Turkish crews on couple of Greek origin who were searched in the ruins of the apartment building in which they lived, in Antiochtransmits ERT.
According to the ERT report, The Turkish crew first discovered the body of a man under tons of cement, and a little later the body of a woman was also found.
A Greek rescue mission arrived on the scene this morning after he submitted an exceptional request, which, with geophones, thermal imaging cameras with microphones, rescue dogs and two special vehicles, searched the wreckage in hopes of finding the unfortunate couple.
As APE-MPE from the fire department learned, one of the rescuers entered the bedroom of the apartment of the six-story building where the couple lived, trying to find them.
A little bit later the operation of the Greek expedition was terminated, as no traces of life were foundand the Turkish brigades began to “clear” the site with earth-moving tools that do not drill.
