
Company Meta announced that he had lifted the removal from office of the former President of the United States Donald Trump on Facebook and Instagram.
The news was confirmed today by company spokesman Andy Stone after his account was suspended for two years after attack on the capitol January 6, 2021.
OUR Meta said in January that it would unblock Trump’s account “in the coming weeks” and impose additional suspensions ranging from one month to two years if the former president violated the platforms’ content policies again.
OUR Trump is currently accessing key voter outreach and political fundraising platforms ahead of his new bid for the White House in 2024. As of January, he had 23 million Instagram followers and 34 million Facebook followers.
