
According to a Financial Times report, the European Union appears to be planning to host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Brussels.
This will be the second visit by the Ukrainian president abroad since the start of the Russian invasion nearly a year ago, and will take place immediately after a symbolic high-level EU summit. – Ukraine last Thursday and Friday in Kyiv.
President Zelensky, according to the publication, will speak at an extraordinary session of the European Parliament.
European officials, however, are concerned about security issues in connection with the transition of the Ukrainian president, as was the case with Zelensky’s recent visit to the United States.
